Where do you provide service?
Using HelpMeRemote.com, we can service a computer located anywhere in the world. In addition, our technicians are available to make 'house calls' in New York City and the Hudson Valley region of New York State.

How do you fix my computer?
Because computer support is our focus, we often have special programs and utilities that will help find and fix your problem. We may at times recommend third party software to prevent reoccurence.

What kind of things can you do?
We can install programs, find viruses, and walk you through printer and other peripheral installations. Imagine we are standing over your shoulder, but we have really long arms offering friendly, helpful advice and solutions to your computer issues.
