Since 2000, our parent company, Professional Computer Associates (PCA), has provided corporate clients with fast, reliable worry-free computer services - ranging from general network support and maintenance, to high-level design, deployment and implementation.

In 2005, PCA launched HelpMeRemote.com, a new service designed for individual and home-based users of technology. We offer the same fast, comprehensive technical support that PCA's corporate clients enjoy, with the added convenience of contract-free, real-time remote access. HelpMeRemote.com customers can contact us just once for a specific question - or once a day if they need to. Now home users can be assured that they are receiving the same level of support that businesses enjoy - without walking out the door.
